Quality assurance in the right order
Every item has its own fixed number. Items unlock each other when their prerequisites are met. The deadline only starts the day the item becomes available.
Write to info@it-sektor.dk and we will let you know when we open.
Trip time and trip current are measured. The test button is pressed.

The five cornerstones of a control plan
Comments, files, and a log are included too. But these five are what keep the work in order.
- 1
Fixed numbers
An item keeps its number for as long as the plan exists. New items get their own number, and the others do not move. So everybody can refer to 5.32.2 and mean the same item.

Prerequisites between items
An item can require other items to be done first. You pick which ones, and it does not have to be the one before it in the list.

A queue of what is ready
The first screen is the list of items whose prerequisites are all met, and who is assigned to them. It is the work of the day, gathered in one place.

Your own statuses
You decide which statuses an item can have. Every status has a name, a color, and a meaning, and you can make several sets for several kinds of plans.
SettingsStatuses2Status setsEach template uses one set. New items start in the first status. The meaning decides what a status does; the label is only what people read.

Flexible deadlines
A deadline can be a number of working days after the item becomes available, a number of working days after another item is done, or a fixed date. Working days follow the Danish calendar or your own.

All features
The core is the same in every tier. The tiers differ in how many, and in a few extra features.
The plan
- Sections, items, and milestones. A section is done when every item under it is done. A milestone is reached when its prerequisites are done.
- Templates with versions. A draft can be rearranged freely. When you publish, the numbers are frozen.
- A plan is a copy. A plan is made from a published template version. Later edits to the template do not change a plan that is already running.
- Items in a plan. New items get a number under their section. An item that has been worked on cannot be removed, because it is documentation.
- Blocked items. An item is blocked until its prerequisites are done, and a blocked item cannot be completed. If the item does not apply to the job, you set it to "not relevant".
- Overview and item page. The whole plan in one overview with sections you can collapse, and a page for every item with everything that belongs to it.
The work of the day
- The queue. Your items that are ready to be done. Blocked items are shown in their own list, and the owner can see the items that have no assignee.
- Several people on one item. Everybody is equal. An item has no owner.
- Deadlines. Counted in working days from the day the item becomes available, or from the day another item is done. Or set as a fixed date.
- A daily reminder. Every working day at a time you pick yourself, in your own time zone. It lists the deadlines that are overdue and the ones coming up.
- Notifications in the app and by mail. When an item becomes available, when you are assigned an item, and when somebody comments, replies, or mentions you.
- Sign-off. Every item shows who set the latest status, and when.
Working together
- Comments on items and plans. With formatting, @names for people and #references to items, reactions, and pinned comments.
- Files on every item. Photos, PDFs, and anything else you need with it.
- The log. Every plan has its own history with every change, who made it, and when. The team has one activity page for all of it.
- A profile for every person. The profile shows what the person can start on, what is blocked, and what the person did on a given day.
- Favorites. The plans you use most are at the top.
Your own setup
- Your own statuses. Name, color, and meaning: underway, done, rejected, or not relevant. Several status sets for several kinds of plans.
- Working days and holidays. The Danish calendar by default. With your own calendar you pick the weekdays and the holidays yourself.
- The team. Invite people by mail, give them a role, and transfer ownership when you need to.
- Danish and English. Every person picks their language and their time zone.
- Secure login. Verified email and two-factor authentication.
